FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I bring more than one horse?
Due to limiting factors like the ttime it takes to care for horses, please plan on bringing no more than 2 horses. One stall will be included in the cost of the event additional stalls will carry additional charges.

What should I bring?
Packing list coming soon.
For Training Sessions:
Tack, riding apparel, your own horse feed.
Stall shavings supplied by Kerley Horse Center 2 bales included in registration fee. additional bales available for purchase. . Outside stall shavings are not be permitted by Kerley Horse Center policy.
please bring your own whell barrel and stall cleanning tools.
For Camp:
Toiletries, bible, journal, pen.
Can I bring my cell phone/electronics?
This is an unplugged event. Cell phones/electronics will not be permitted during camp. They will be checked in with staff upon arrival and returned at check-out. They will be available for emergencies only.
Emergency calls in and out can be made through Camp Staff.
What should I expect if I'm an auditing participant?
Auditing participants are to participate in all daily activities. The only difference will be that they won't be riding during the clinical sessions but will have access to view and listen to clinicians and observe clinicial sessions.
Please bring Bible, journal and pen.

Where is lodging?
Campers and Huddle Leaders TBD.
Camp volunteers, auditing participants, and staff are responsible for their own lodging and transportation.
RV sites are avaiable for volunteers and auditors for additional fees
Meals will be provided for everyone.
What is the schedule?
Each day will include appropriate meals (B,L,D).
Morning chapel (referred to as Game Day)
Clinical training sessions.
Small group discussions times (Huddle times)
Evening Chapel.
More specific schedule to information come.
What is Chapel?
We will have Chapel each night. Chapel is time to gather, worship in song and listen to a message shared by a speaker.
What is a Clinical Session?
Clinical Sessions are led by our clinicians. This will be a time to learn and grow in the sport.
What is Game Day?
We start each day with Game Day. Our emcee will introduce a guest and interview them. These guests are Kingdom-minded competitors who have great wisdom to share with athletes.
What is a Huddle?
A Huddle is our small group time. Huddle Leaders (Camp Councelor so to speak) will lead a group of athletes during camp to dive deeper into the topics talked about. Everyone will get an Athlete Handbook at check-in and Huddles will go through it together. This is a time for questions to be asked, relationships to be formed and discipleship to happen.
